In India, Helios serves to selected cities. Please check if we deliver to your pincode in shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

NOTE: At present, we do not have the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. You will need to place different orders for shipment to multiple destinations.

Order Tracking:

On your order confirmation and dispatching the order, you will receive a tracking URL that will show you the status of your order. Alternatively, you can also call us at 080-48033360 or Email at helioscare@titan.co.in or WhatsApp at 6366827851 to track your orders.

Time to Deliver:

Our standard delivery time is 6 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delay expected during Offers, Festivals and National Holidays due to high volume, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof or OTP on the number provided at the time of order for verification.

The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

All goods will be fully insured by Titan Company Limited until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

Titan is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order.

An exchange or return of the watch needs to be informed within 5 days from the day of delivery.

For Exchange customer needs to select a watch which is of the same price or high price than the previous bill value.

We shall send you the packing material for packing the watch and video recording of the packing needs to be sent at helioscare@titan.co.in or WhatsApp us at 6366827851

The watch needs to be packed by the customer along with the invoice copy, the price tag and the warranty card and after packing, pictures need to be shared at helioscare@titan.co.in or WhatsApp at 6366827851.

The exchange and return are not applicable for the smartwatches, the smartwatches can only be exchanged if there is any manufacturing defect provided it is informed within 5 days from the day of delivery.

In case if the customer has received a gift with the purchase, the product needs to be returned along with the watch.

The exchange can happen only once.

Return Charges:

Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address (within India). Customer need not pay any shipping charges to return the product.

We shall process the refund once we receive the product and quality check is done. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

For prepaid orders, the amount would be directly refunded to the same account/wallet from which the payment was made, and for the Cash on delivery orders, the refund will be initiated to the Bank account provided by the customer.

There will be separate mail from helioscare@titan.co.in for the requirement of bank details in case of Cash on delivery orders and the information needs to be provided by the customer in the given format.

The refund amount would be credited in the customer's account with 5-7 working days.

Cancellation by Customer:

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled. Customers can request at helioscare@titan.co.in, 080-48033360 or WhatsApp at 6366827851 or call to the designated store to cancel the order. Once the cancellation request is received, the order will be cancelled immediately and we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction or once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account.

Cancellation by Titan Company Limited:

There may be certain orders that Titan cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which Titan identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

  • How can I cancel my order?

  • In case I change my mind about the size picked up, can I replace the order?

    Yes, it is possible to return the unused product and order for a replacement. Please refer to the Return & Exchange Policy for details.

  • What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

    If you receive the wrong product, you can call us on 1800-419-0115 and report the incident and further cancel the order. If you want to replace the wrong product, then do not use it. We will arrange for the pick-up of the unused wrong product from the provided address through our logistic partner and arrange for the refund or replacement of the wrong product with the correct product, as per your demand reported with us.   • How can I cancel my order?

    In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us. Please refer to Returns and Exchange policy section for details.   • What is the return policy?

    You can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us.     We at Helios Watch Store will arrange for the return shipment to be collected and you do not need to make any payment for the courier.

  • Are there certain products which are not eligible for return?

    Helios Watch Store is committed to ensuring, full customer satisfaction, security and customer assistance with respect to the products available on our website. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • How do I return my order?

    The order can be returned within 7 days from the date you received the product. You need to call the customer care on 1800-419-0115 stating that you want to return the product. The contact details of our logistic partner will be shared with you. You need to co-ordinate with them for return shipping. Take the following step:

    1. Fill the 'Return Form' which you must have received with the product or download the Return Form from www.titan.co.in & fill the details in it. To download the "Return form" kindly Click Here
    2. Pack your order in original packaging and mention your name, order number and mobile number.
    3. Enclose the original invoice, guaranty/warranty card & other tag, if any.
    4. Our logistic partner will pick this package from you.
    5. Post inspection, only after we get a go ahead from the QA (quality assurance) team the refund process will be initiated.

  • What is the exchange policy?

    Our policy doesn't allow us to exchange any product.

  • How do I get my refund after cancellation?

    After the cancellation request has been made, we will initiate the process of refunding the paid amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction within 7 working days.

  • When will I get my refund?

    Once the refund process has been initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account within 7 – 15 working days.

  • How will I receive my refund?

    Once the refund process is initiated, it will take 7-30 working days from the receipt of returned product at our warehouse & after it is passed by our Quality Assurance team and of the same being received in saleable condition without any damage. The refund can be provided either through cheque or online transfer as NEFT (national electronic fund transfer).

    If you provide us a cancelled cheque with the returned product then refund amount will be provided through NEFT that will take 7-15 working days. Otherwise the refund will be made through cheque that will be sent by courier at the address provided by you at time of registration/placement of order. It may take up to 30 working days.

  • I was supposed to receive refunds by now, but I have not. What do I do?
