Pathetic sales service. Pathetic after sales service. Shop seems to be located too isloated, stuffed in a corner, even though its in a quite big market.Quality of watches is not upto the mark in the shop, although watches in any other titan showrooms in any city, are much better in quality. Even the staff is not upto the mark. If you face some issue and visit the shop with the same, the salesman who made you the sale won't even bother to ask you about your issue and will try to ignore you. So you are on your own if you get a defect in your watch. No seperate spare and sales.The after sales will note down your issue, but sadly after sales issues are never solved here. It take take several months, for a simple issue to be solved. The staff will not make any sort of contact about your complaint status or about whether your parts have arrived or not. You have to either keep calling themselves or visit the shop yourself for several months and keep wasting your time.The repair staff is just too much. Even with a clear defect, he will try to justify it by saying that its ok and even if you change the part, the issue won't go. I will not suggest this place for a buy. Pathetic experience. Just not worth one's time.

The location of the shop is on the main market of the city in the shop I can't get mine watch because they have lots of design and brands but they have to carry watches of low budget also .
