Watch Store In Trade Centre, Hyderabad

We bought a Titan watch from this store. Very friendly service (Kudos to Mudassir). Staff was patient enough to let us try multiple watches and adjusted the band size upon purchase.

PLEASE DON'T BUY PLEASE DON'T BUY 0n 25/11/2022 I visited to Helios store in Jubilee hills, Hyderabad, Telangana and purchased Daniel wellington Unisex Evergold Round White Watch SKU DW00100346. The store has given me the display piece. Where the strap Lock is very loose. The box of the product is also different. Which is dirty. I never expected this kind of service from Helios. This is second time I am visiting the store because the first visit was warm and good. But now I will never visit the store or recommend the store. I am very unhappy with your store. I give 0/5 star rating.

Worst reception got a repair with my Fastrack watch they don't even want to open it and just say on the face that to hand the watch and come after 3 days. Even the customer receptionist a woman was also bad and has her own ego and cracks jokes on customer issues with others. And they don't even know their own Fastrack or Titan watch model prices. I did not expect this from a brand like Titan.
