How to Avail the Service:

1. Visit your nearest Helios store: Bring your watch and a copy of your purchase invoice.

2. Our store team will verify your eligibility: Our store/service team can retrieve the purchase history by the customer's contact number on the Tech portal and provide the invoice copy if you don't have the invoice.

3. For eligible brands: Our service team will replace the battery at the store level.

4. For excluded brands: The service centre team will send the watches to the brand service centre via NSC (National Service Center) as per our Service SOP (Service Standard Operating Procedure) for battery replacement.

The service centre team will send your watch to the brand's authorised service centre for battery replacement.

5. How long does the battery replacement process take?

In-store battery replacement for eligible brands is typically a quick process. However, the turnaround time for excluded brands may take 15 days to 90 days, depending on the specific service centre and brand involved.

6. Do I need to make an appointment for the battery replacement?

While appointments are not mandatory, calling your local Helios store beforehand is recommended. This ensures they have the necessary battery in stock and avoids any waiting time.

7. Are there any additional charges for the battery replacement service?

No. The battery replacement is completely free for eligible watches within the 3-year warranty period.
