Watch Store In Oberoi Mall, Mumbai

Found the exact watch that I’d wanted within 10 minutes of entering the store, thanks to Saurabh! Also got it adjusted to my wrist within minutes. A nice experience overall!

One of the worst service experiences I recently had with this Oberoi mall store. Have been a loyal Helios customer with purchase of multiple watches over the last few year. The store manager Mr Deepak is not at all customer friendly and had me wait for more than 20 min for my bill for battery change. And on top of it the store manager did not even had the courtesy to apologise for the delay, Really arrogant approach! Totally disappointed. Hope they sincerely improve.
