· Existing Encircle points remain valid for redemption at Titan stores or websites until they expire.

· You earn NeuCoins on purchases at Titan brands (Tanishq, Mia, Zoya, etc.) and other participating brands like bigbasket, Croma, Air Asia, and more.

· NeuCoins are credited to your account within 24-48 hours for in-store purchases and after 15 days for e-commerce transactions.
